Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: All appointments or class registrations must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service or class. Confirmation emails or messages will be sent upon successful booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance (specific timeframe depending on the service) to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the cutoff will forfeit the deposit or incur a fee equivalent to a percentage of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount or lose the session credit. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice and is subject to availability. Short-notice rescheduling may result in additional fees. Waitlist Policy: If your desired time slot or class is fully booked, you can join our waitlist at no charge. Waitlist clients will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis when a spot becomes available. Open spots must be claimed within 24 hours of notification to ensure your place.
